  • Our Dovetail White is a delightful blend of 50% Viognier and 50% Roussanne. The nose is lightly perfumed with floral scents typical of Viognier. The palate is abundant with spicy pear and warm honey. A hint of residual sugar is balanced nicely with a pleasing and refreshing acidity. (Screwcap)

  • Our Viognier is a combination of warm climate fruit from Crawford Vineyard in Prosser, WA and cool climate fruit from Le Beau Vineyard in Sherwood, OR. This combination brings forward the classic Viognier nose along with a lovely minerality. Boasting a higher percentage of Oregon fruit in 2007, this Viognier has subtle notes of peach, fresh green grass, and hints of anise and ginger. Frequent lees stirring has resulted in a rich texture and a very luscious mouth-feel. (Screwcap)
